Keep a double-entry ledger of money in, out, transfers, invoices, receipts, bills, payments and journal entries, with a chart of accounts you can extend. For the month, quarter or year you choose it works out the profit-and-loss, balance sheet and cash-flow statement and shows the tie-outs that must always hold: assets equal liabilities plus equity, profit equals the income minus the cost postings, the cash flow reconciles to the cash balance, and receivables agree with their ageing. It turns those into working ratios with their formulas, a thirteen-week cash forecast with best and worst case scenarios, budgets compared to actual, break-even, loan and affordability calculators and a month-end tax set-aside, flags what needs attention, and walks you through a month-end close with a checklist and a rollover. You can start from example books, import a statement, and export the statements, the transactions or a printable report. Runs entirely in your browser; the books never leave your device.
