Local Library

Connect a real folder on your device and browse it here — songs, videos, and documents, organized by artist/album/folder, with your existing playlists and favorites layered on top. Personal to this browser.

Real tag reading uses music-metadata running entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere. A file with no usable tags falls back to its filename (and an "Artist - Title" guess where the name matches that pattern), marked "filename guess" above rather than presented as a real tag. Background/lock-screen controls use the real Media Session API — how far playback keeps running once your OS fully backgrounds the browser (not just switches tabs) depends on your browser, not this site.
