Finance Auditor
Finance Auditor
An audit workbench that runs entirely in your browser. Load a ledger, bank statement, expense claims or payables list and run twelve standard tests: Benford's law, duplicates, split payments, weekend postings, gaps in numbering, unusual amounts and more. Then reconcile two lists, draw a repeatable sample and print a working paper. No account, no upload, no limit.

About Finance Auditor
Run the first-pass tests an auditor reaches for — Benford, duplicates, split payments, cut-off and more — on a ledger or bank file, and print a working paper. Private.
Load a ledger, bank or payables file (CSV/TSV) and switch on the tests that fit it, each with a one-line explanation of what it does, what it cannot tell you, and the data it needs. The twelve cover Benford's leading-digit analysis (Nigrini mean-absolute-deviation bands with the chi-square p-value shown), duplicates and near-duplicates, round and repeated amounts, a pile-up just below an approval limit, split transactions that together pass a limit, weekend and holiday postings, gaps and repeats in document numbers, outliers per vendor or category, a new vendor's large first payment, negative and reversing entries, a trial balance of debits and credits, and period-end cut-off. You can reconcile two files, pull a random or attribute-based sample, get an overall risk score, and print a working paper plus an exceptions CSV that records each finding, why it was flagged, the source row and the amounts. Runs entirely in your browser; the file never leaves your device.

These are detection heuristics, not an audit opinion. A test flags amounts that look unusual; it is not proof of error or fraud. Clear every exception against the source documents, and rely on a licensed professional for financial-statement or tax work.
